Terms of Use

NETLINK GROUP / INFINITY INNOVATION SYSTEM


1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with our services, including but not limited to software development, cloud systems, POS solutions, WhatsApp automation, digital marketing, and ICT services, the client agrees to comply with the Terms & Conditions outlined herein.


2. Services Scope

NETLINK GROUP provides ICT-based services including:

  • Web development and hosting solutions
  • Cloud-based software systems (e.g., accounting, POS, ERP)
  • E-commerce and WhatsApp Store solutions
  • Digital marketing and automation services
  • IT consulting and business analysis

All services will be delivered as per the agreed project scope and written confirmation.


3. Project Delivery

  • Project timelines will be defined at the time of agreement.
  • Delays caused by client-side feedback, data provision, or approvals will affect delivery schedules.
  • Any additional features outside the agreed scope will be treated as extra work and may incur additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made as per agreed quotation or contract.
  • Advance payment may be required before project initiation.
  • Final delivery or deployment may be withheld until full payment is received.
  • Subscription-based services (if applicable) must be renewed periodically.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete project requirements
  • Supplying necessary content, data, and approvals on time
  • Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
  • Ensuring lawful use of the software/services provided

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All software, systems, and solutions developed remain the intellectual property of NETLINK GROUP until full payment is received.
  • After final payment, ownership rights may be transferred as per agreement.
  • NETLINK GROUP retains the right to reuse generic frameworks, modules, and technologies.

7. Support & Maintenance

  • Standard support will be provided as per service agreement.
  • Maintenance may include bug fixes, minor updates, and system monitoring.
  • Major upgrades or new features will be treated as separate work.

8. Data Privacy & Security

  • Client data will be handled with strict confidentiality.
  • NETLINK GROUP will not share, sell, or misuse client data.
  • However, clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless otherwise agreed.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • NETLINK GROUP shall not be liable for indirect losses, business interruptions, or data loss caused by external factors.
  • Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis unless otherwise stated in contract.

10. Termination of Service

  • Either party may terminate services with prior written notice.
  • Any outstanding payments must be cleared before termination is completed.
  • NETLINK GROUP reserves the right to suspend services in case of misuse or non-payment.

11. Amendments

NETLINK GROUP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes when applicable.


12. Governing Principle

All services are delivered under a professional ICT service framework aligned with industry best practices, ensuring transparency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
